GirlFriend Im Just Asking..... Why all of a suden being the other woman is cool??

Girlfriend I'm just asking.... Why is it now a days its OK to be the "side-line Hoe"?

If you turn on your television it has been everywhere... from Tiger woods to Sandra Bullocks Husband Jesse James and now ex-NFL star and sports commentator Tiki Barber.
All these men are married to respectable beautiful women but they cheat on them repeatedly and even in some cases leave them for SKANKY WOMEN... such as strippers and nude models.
Women who clearly aren't on the same level as their wives.......

So why do you think this is? ........
A.) Are all men all DOGS and cant stay in a committed relationship no matter who the woman is.
(shoot if a dude can cheat on Halle Berry-- does anyone stand a chance out here?)

B.) Are the women in these relationships getting too comfortable? Did they loose their spark... no more lingerie... or dirty talk... have they become boring... forcing their husbands to step out on them.....
(you know the old saying... a lady in the street... a freak in the sheets)

C.) Or is it the Other women's fault? If they know the man is married... why do they continue the relationship? Or is the man held fully responsible for the affair?

Last night it was watching Inside Edition and they had the Stripper Sandra Bullock's Husband allegedly had an affair with... and she was asked Similar questions and her answer was basically " She wasn't the one that took the vows -- so shes not at fault and he is the one who pursued her"...

Hmmm... I personally don't agree with that response because as a woman if your FULLY AWARE that the man a married with a family at home... you should be strong enough to walk away.. because if the shoe was on the other foot i doubt you would like being cheated on.. especially knowing the other woman knows all about you and just don't care...that's she is ruining your marriage and just being plain out selfish....

Now on the other hand... these women who cheat with HIGH PROFILE men... its almost like a Strategic Career move...because once the affair makes the news... these women get opportunities to be on television shows... magazine photo shoots and tell all books... its almost as if the media is Thanking them for being a lil slut....

Well I would personally hate to find out that the man I'm married to is cheating on me-- especially if its with some Fake boob, cocktail waitress with barely finished high school.

But Girlfriend I'm Just Asking.... When did it become acceptable to be the "OTHER WOMAN" ??

  2. Hmmmmm.... Not really sure how to answer this one but the first thing I want to say is that a lot of people are getting married for the wrong reasons or getting married before they are truly ready and that is just a disater waiting to happen, eventually the cheating will begin. This goes for both ends cause the women are cheating just as much as the men.
Yes, people tend to get too comfortable when they get into a relationship and stop doing the things they used to do and looking the way they used to look... the same way you got them is the same way you need to be to keep them. Don't think that Oh I got the ring so I'm all good now... Nooo you are not! Because whatever you stop doing they will look for someone else to pick up the slack. You can be the most beautiful woman in the world but if you are not keeping your man happy then you are gonna have a problem because your looks alone are not gonna keep your man. Do whatever you have to do to keep the relationship fresh and new.
As far as the women who are dating married men I really dont know what to say. Some women just simply don't care they are just trying to get whatever they can get with no regard to morals or respect for marriage. Some Women truly don't know from the beginning because the men lie and by the time they find out, their feeling are aleady into the relationship making it hard to just walk away.
Every situation is different and if we sat down and interview some of these men Im sure there will be a different reason in every situation. But to narrow it down first off marry for the right reasons, if you have any doubts at all it is best to go off that first instinct. When you know it's right there should not be a doubt in your mind. then when you do marry that person... the same way you got them is the same way you need to be to keep them!!

  3. Tiger Woods? Jesse James? Tiki Barber? What do these three people have in common (other than a great taste in women)? I have two words for you Bonny. LeAnn Rimes. Not only is she white, but she's a country singer, so I'll put it into perspective. Think Trina with a straw hat. She cheated on her husband of 7 years. Don't forget J Lo too. And Meg Ryan. And Tori Spelling. And Ann Heche. If you think about it, women cheating on men is a lot worse. The "side-line man ho" isn't getting any fame. No magazine spreads. No interviews. No kickbacks. At least when a famous guy cheats, he's indirectly providing that "side-line ho" with some money to feed herself.
Let's break it down... man cheats on woman, side ho wins. Woman cheats on man, nobody wins.

There's always gonna be other fish in the sea and women dip into the water as much as men. So girlfriend, I'm just asking... why is it ok for women to swim in a sea of cocks but men are expected to wade in a puddle of pussy.

  5. The answer is simple. The breakdown of morality. We live in atime where people just do what they want even knowing its wrong or immoral. Its the culture of "I'll do whatever the hell I want, and to hell with everyone". There's a series that I've been reading for years and one of the main characters has a saying "Just because you can doesn't meant you should."I think it would be good if some folks would take this to heart.

  6. Honest opinion from a typical African man. African men have resorted to polygamous marriages which in todays philosophy is treating women like objects. But hey its one lasting solution for the infidelity of men...ok that sounds rusty there but let me put it this way..the ancient wise Africans gave us that "solution" for luck of a better term, but yo its working out well, once an affair becomes official in society then u have all the world for u and no hiding out in the terraces of the world. Western society should revisit its cultural values and norms and find a lasting "solution" to this.

  7. Girl I honestly don't think it became "acceptable" I just think society likes drama. As far as the women I don't think it's acceptable to date a married man. I think these women think it's alright because they still get the house, trips, and the gifts. Look at Kim from Real Housewives of Atlanta. Just because a man comes after you doesn't mean you have to say yes to their advancement to you. I think these women accept married men because they get it all minus the diaper changing, soccer mom shirts, and cooking duties. But it's sad that as a women you wouldn't have respect for the institution of marriage. This is a WARNING once I'm married and my man chooses to dip in some other juices, trust all my CRAZY is coming out the bag. Shot being married is a hard job. Just because your wife cease to wear skimpy clothes to bed every night doesn't mean you cheat. Shoot there are some things you stop doing but she didn't creep out on you. What happened to REAL LOVE?
